JD Browne Consulting is a strategy and transformation consulting practice working with boards, executives and leadership teams across Northern Ireland and Ireland. The work is deciding what winning looks like, where to focus and what to stop doing — then making sure it happens. Julie starts with questions, not answers. She'll cut to the chase, but only once the data creates clarity. From there the work moves at pace.

Who is Julie Browne?
Julie Browne is the founder and director of JD Browne Consulting, a strategy and transformation consultant with 25 years' experience across the UK and Ireland. She started her career in Dublin before continuing in Belfast, including ten years at EY, latterly as a Partner. She works with boards, executives and leadership teams on strategy, execution, transformation and board and executive facilitation.
