After 25 years working with leaders across private, public and government organisations, one thing has been constant — the sheer commitment leaders bring to moving their organisations forward. Our role is to make sure that commitment is pointed in the right direction.

That instinct was shaped over 25 years working with senior leaders, primarily in the UK and Ireland. Julie's path has run from a strategy consulting boutique in Dublin to Partner at one of the Big 4, leading work across the island of Ireland.
Clients have spanned financial services, private equity, government and public sector, energy and utilities, healthcare and professional services. The settings have been consistent: complex, regulated, people-intensive.
She has been in the room when the answer was buried under complexity, when teams were busy but losing ground, and when the right question, asked clearly, changed everything.
