How much does JD Browne Consulting charge?
Engagements are priced against shape and scope. Most fall into one of three shapes: a short, defined piece of work over several weeks; a longer programme running several months; or an annual and multi-year retained arrangement. Julie will give you an indicative figure once a proposal is written.
How do I get in touch?
Use the contact form on this page. Julie will come back to you promptly to arrange a straightforward, no-agenda conversation about what you're facing.
How long does a strategy and transformation engagement take?
It depends on the shape of the work. Some run several weeks; others several months. Julie also works on an annual and multi-year retained basis where a client needs more consistent involvement.
Do you work remotely, or only in person?
Whatever the project requires. Julie is based in Holywood, just outside Belfast, and travels across Northern Ireland and Ireland for in-person work when the engagement calls for it. Some clients prefer a mix; others are fully remote. The right approach is agreed at the start.
What happens in an initial conversation with Julie?
Your virtual call is exploratory and pressure free. Julie will be clear about whether she can help, what that might look like, and what the right next step is — whether that's an engagement, a referral elsewhere, or simply more clarity on the problem.
Can I hire Julie for a single project or only on retainer?
Either. Engagements are scoped to the right question, the right shape and the right timeframe — that can be a short, sharply defined piece of work as easily as a sustained, multi-month or retained engagement.
